Darshan Sonar founded DSD in Pune in 2014, starting with training and moving into the work itself as clients asked for a team that could run strategy, creative and media without handing the brief between three agencies.

That is still the operating idea behind DSD Growth Partners. One group owns the outcome, from the position a brand takes to the campaign that puts it in front of people, measured against a number agreed up front.

Alongside the agency, he runs Prescient Automation, an industrial engineering business, which keeps a practical bias in how the team works: decide, ship, measure, repeat.
